Rates
$175 per 50-minute session

Insurance
We do not bill insurance companies, payment is required at time of visit.
However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
We will provide you with a bill that you can submit to your insurance company.

Payment
Cash & checks, credit and debit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
